Grey’s coaching is rooted in his passion for helping others understand and manage their energy.

During these sessions Grey will intuitively accesses the multitudes of information he's accumulated over the years to help you discover new perspectives and tools in ways that make sense just for you. You'll be able to discover limiting beliefs you may not know you have, learn how to speak with your inner self and increase the buffer on your intuition. Techniques and skills learned from mentors Rose Reeder, Stephanie Kamille and Carrie Suwal. Guided release techniques that would be hand picked just for you, with customised intentions that are suited just for you based off of the skills and experience that you already have. Grey's builds on what he sees that shines within you to create what works for just you.

These sessions could be all talk no play, or all play no talk. Depending on your expectations and goals sessions can vary from meditative walks and forest bathing to note taking and hands on practice. Not one session is the same as another.

You'll be left with exercises and at home practice that work for what you're going through. Expect check-ins and follow ups so that you can be held accountable.
