I'm Grey.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand that I was never meant to “fix” people, I was meant to guide them back to themselves. Through lived experience and a whole toolkit of healing modalities, I help others release what’s heavy and shift the lens they view themselves through.
It all began when a dear friend introduced me to The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. Using it helped me peel away layers of depression and anxiety that I thought I’d never escape. It was life-changing, so I ran with it.
As I practiced, something clicked: I realized I could weave this energetic work into my massage sessions. With intention and focus, clients began releasing not just physical tension, but emotional weight stored deep in their muscles.
Shortly after, I earned my Holy Fire Reiki certification. I practiced. I studied. And over time, I didn’t just get better at the work, I became passionate about sharing it. I started teaching others the power of energy healing, helping them see that they were never broken to begin with, only disconnected from themselves.
When I moved to Banff, Alberta, I was fortunate to cross paths with gifted healers like Carrie Suwal, Rosie Reeder, Sean Liv, and many others. Through their mentorship, I deepened my intuition and refined my ability to work beyond the physical body, sometimes without even needing to touch.
Eventually, something profound happened:
I began teaching more than I was healing.
I shifted from “doing the work” to empowering others to do it for themselves.
Now, I simplify these tools into a language even children can understand, because healing isn’t complicated. It’s remembering what your body and soul already know.
We all carry stories in our bodies. Some are ready to be witnessed. Some are ready to be rewritten. This is the work, and it’s work you don’t have to do alone.
This journey isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the truth that’s always lived inside you. I’m here to hold space for that remembering.
